Gosh, I wish I was given some of the great customer service treatment everyone on here comments about. My experience was full of "text tag" between Khan and I. He asked for pictures of the injury, I gave them to him. A day goes by, then he acted as if he didn't receive them. A day goes by again. Then he asked about a old scar and another day goes by. Then it's a flat out "can't take your case, go find someone else" what a joke and rather rude to not give an explanation or better service in general! No real conversation over the phone, no real attention to details, no real feeling of caring about the issue I called in for. Good customer service goes along way, unfortunately it missed the make with me.
