Attorney Bart Klein has assisted our family since 1985. He is a great attorney and caring human being. I would strongly recommend his services. A few words to describe his law office would be, prepared, knows immigration laws very well, integrity, fare, and honest. Lots of immigration attorney's out there that collect with no results. Mr. Klein will not.

He is a money hungry his front desk receptionist . asked me “ if I do want 30 minutes consultation on phone .” I said yes then two hours before my phone consultation his receptionist called and left a voice mail saying “ I need to pay $200.00 dollers for this 30 minutes consultation.” I never had someone charged me for 30 minutes phone consultation I will not go to him there are so many other good lawyers out there !!!

The big problem i face the receptionist LADY will lisiten to the case and than will give you negative response and will ask mr klien not to take this case as they are going to be deported....but when she got to know that this case is not solid initially than there is nothing they should charge or dicuss boz the decision maker is the lady who schedule the appointment .....donot discuss anything with her other than attorney as I know she is MR klien WIfe...

I was referred to Mr. Klein by another Law firm that said he handled "difficult" cases which is what my case would be classified as. I spoke with a female representative who wanted to know the basics of my problem. I told her a few of the problematic issues and her response was, purely, negative and the exact response (I would imagine) from the Consulate of the country where the Visitor Visa application was submitted. I will never speak to Mr. Klein because his 'Pit Bull' representative's mind resides in the gutter. I guess that is true with the Consulate's mindset, also. I learned a lesson and that is if you are an illegal immigrant who has submitted their children to the abuses of cross country travel, in order to enter this country illegally, has a better chance of gaining entry into this country. Following the rules with honorable intentions is a concept that has since disappeared. Don't bother to call this Law firm because his 'Pit Bull' will assume the worst of your intentions and not take your case.

I am writing this review SPECIFICALLY because someone just posted that Bart Klein is "money hungry" and that the positive reviews are "fake."

First off, immigration issues (even easy breezy applications and such) COST MONEY! Tons and tons of money, so if you are not prepared to spend money on a plight or case for a Loved one... just stop now. Also, he is smart, his team is smart, they KNOW the process. Bart Klein has been doing this since the 70's, he has a nationally recognized name and a fantastic reputation.

Now, we went to lawyers before Mr. Klein, yes with an "s" and I never got a good vibe from any of them. Not because of money, but because they fed us a lot of "mush" when I knew our case would be harder. The moment we sat down with Mr. Klein he told us facts and he never led us down a rabbit hole of false hopes or asked us for money that we hadn't already spent on other B.S. not knowing the system. But what sealed the deal for me was when Mr. Klein mentioned a FACT about my husbands country that wasn't something you could just read. He knew some traditions that would've taken either chronic experience or in depth research and this was BEFORE he took our case. I knew then he was the guy for us.

He has helped us every. single. step. of the way and his team has dealt with eyes wide open and the willingness to talk us off the edge (ok, just me... my husband is pretty chill) during the waiting process. During our interview he was a rock in information, knowledge and experience. I was so angry with some of the questions they "had the nerve" to ask my husband and Mr. Klein never balked, he just simply told me that this is how this that and third goes and always had a calm demeanor. When you are with him whether his office, court or the immigration interview he checks all the way in- WHICH IS SHOCKING! Have you seen this mans office?! Do you see how much work he has?!

What he charges may be a TINY bit more than what you will pay at some other office that has fancy YouTube videos and have front office hype men, but I sure as hell wouldn't go to a doctor/adoption agency/hairstylist that had a hype man and little experience. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Isn't that the promise in life, everywhere? If you want to skimp around and get less, well that low dollar price tag will surely get you that.

This office has integrity, this lawyers has experience and knowledge. he will not lead you astray or feed you false hopes. He will tell you from EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE if your case is a possibility, if it is a no go or if it will take time and effort and elbow grease.

If you are looking for instant gratification, an immigration journey might not be what you are cut out for.

I went to several attorney but they don’t want to handle the complexity of my case . They charge so high and after they heard my case they referred me to Atty Bart Klein. So I seek his help and he knows exactly what to do and he helped me until I got my green card.

He’s a liar, he lied about the relationship between me and my wife. I offered to show him the facts but he was not interested. Then he dropped our case before it was complete because of his incompetence

I won't give him even a one star. He is very rude and obnoxious. He insults people from other nations and makes stereotypes.

I just spoke with thier office I tried to know how to hire mr. Bart klien ? How he can help me ? But the office told me (over the phone) he is not here now, but they told me that I have to talk with someone else, so that person it was a woman (omg) she talked to me disrespectfully after I had few questions for her, because she was in hurry, she don't wanted to talk a lot , that's why she became disrespectful with me , even she didn't introduce herself for me first time when she talked , I asked her can I talk with someone else from the office or supervisor ? She said "no" in bad way and she hung up phone , I called for office again , I said i wanna talk to supervisor or a manager and have a complaint against her , another lady from office said that I can't talk with no one else, because she is a boss.
After that in different way I just found out that lady (disrespectful boss) is a Bart' s wife and she is from (Iran ) and she work in his office but I don't know as boss or as worker.
Unfortunately that I was a customer and I have been treated like this for no reason , Mr. Bart Klein please take care of your office don't let your wife talk to people like this.

I almost thought all hopes was lost, but as soon as we found Bart Klein something tells me we still got hope... Trust me, do not change your mind about him. He's absolutely good at his job, very professional & detailed... Just follow his lead& all would come out just fine... Thank you Mr. Klein & your awesome wife for helping me with my AoS petition... I refered a friend already, she would be at your office this week.

Omg, so where do I start? First and foremost, all of the "positive reviews" this attorney has are fake. He is unprofessional, irresponsible and money-hungry individual. He does not care about your case, so save yourself the trouble and call someone else. There are plenty of others. He is a guaranteed failure...

Simply the best. He did all the legal work for me and my wife. What impressed me most was his honesty. He turned down a close friends case because he said it would not go through and told my friend not to pay any attorney coz it was impossible to do it. And sure enough after my friend spend his money on another attorney the case didn’t work out. That’s honesty. He could have easily lied to my friend and taken his money.

Mr. Bart Klein worked on my (very complicated) immigration case years ago, after another attorney did very little to help. Mr. Klein and his staff were very helpful, honest, price-tolerant and genuine in helping me with my immigration issues. Very personable, compassionate...
