Had a pleasant initial phone consult. I explain to them my wife and I would like to retain them and I explained our circumstances and they agreed to help us and stated they were "sending paper work in the mail." We Sent them a check and did not hear anything from them. Finally after a week my wife, who is a 100% disable war veteran, called and they had the nerve to be rude on the phone and said they declined our case! No respect to call or send a letter. Claimed they'll return check. We gave yet to receive anything from these people. Good luck. Now we have to come up with another retainer fee and are weeks behind where we thought we'd be in this stressful process!
