PHONY-FAKE-FRAUD......I would never give this attorney a single star but if there was a way to give a negative star I would do that. Tressie was hired for a parenting investigation she was not our first choice by any means but the other attorneys we wanted were going for their judgeship and were not available so we were stuck with her. Which ended up as a giant mistake. She failed to complete the investigation on time, which she charge an egregious amount of almost 30K and costs me tens of thousands of dollars in extra legal fees but she also tried to use her position to extort more funds by adding extra bills after the report was finalized on the threat of a less then favorable testimony if divorce went to trial. During her testimony she was caught lying numerous times on the stand and referred to our fine servicemen in the community as "creepy". I have family serving now and that have served in the past and I found these comments on the record appalling and immoral. Her inability to show good morals, and the fact she broke her own contract on 3 different occasions shows she completely inept at understanding family law. Save your family the injustice , heartache and financial burden and go with a more reputable firm.

Ms. Brazil represented me in the past, and when I had a motion filed against me for modification of parenting time she agreed, on short notice, to represent me again. Ms. Brazil helped right away, even though she was busy with other cases. A hearing was scheduled on her vacation week and Ms. Brazil represented me in court while on vacation.

Unprofessional sums it up. Needed a probate attorney. My Brother Called them, sent them the info they requested about the estate and made an appointment for Fri 1:30PM. An Hour before the appointment they call and cancel and ask if they can reschedule. No Thanks! We will be taking our business elsewhere. My bro took off work just for this. Money out of his pocket.
