Long ways to go

Called to speak to an attorney regarding my potential case. I was asked to leave a voicemail, and two weeks later, I have yet to hear back. That is NOT how you do business!

I went to Fremstad after legal problems that occurred from very unfortunate circumstances. Nick Thornton was very thorough and explained everything with great detail and compassion. He was able to resolve my case with an outcome I was very happy(Extremely) with. He is extremely knowledgeable and works hard, I would recommend this law firm and especially Nick to anyone who asks. I'd say when you are billed around $8,000 for a case where the petitioner never even showed up for court that is pretty ridiculous, definitely regret hiring Leslie Foss.

Spent a week trying to set up an appointment with them, and bring my father in so we could find out about Guardianship and how to safe guard his finances because my Step Mom is very ill. They contacted me, and kept me hanging all week. I made the trip to Fargo from the cities so I could handle this and other things in person. I hadn't gotten confirmation from them yet so I stopped in. They confirmed my appointment for the next morning. Then after I left I got an email message saying they couldn't help me and were canceling my appointment. They left me no time to find another lawyer. No further explanation. Extremely poor service.

I hired Fremstad Law Firm because they were listed as the best in the Valley and I think they need to be upgraded to the best in the state. Two previous law firms gave up on my case and left me hanging. Joel and Mark were there for me and not only got my lawsuit settled but exceeded my expectations. Don’t waste your time and money with any other law firm - if you want results and lawyers who actually care and listen to you - Fremstad Law Firm is the only law firm you need.

Leslie represented me during an ugly divorce and custody battle. She always put not only my child’s, but also my best interests first. She was very thorough and responsive to my calls and emails. I emailed her several times after business hours, and, she would respond as soon as she read it. Through it all she was fighting for me and my child, explaining options and helping me along the way. Divorce is never easy, especially when there is a child involved. However, I would recommend her without hesitation.

Worst lawyer ever! If you want to get charged thousands of dollars for close to nothing then hire Leslie foss.

Leslie helped me in a custody matter and an order for protection. The OFP was contested and was very short notice and she went to court very well prepared and did a great job. We won and my custody matter was dropped. Leslie is very fair and her billable amount is lower than a lot of the family law attorney in town. She has a personality and talked to me like a human. She checked her email evening and weekends and always made me feel like I was very important to her. I highly recommend her. I've owned my own business for 21 years in Fargo Moorhead and I am picky when I hire other professionals...but Leslie was a great choice. I wouldn't have had the same results without her.

Leslie Foss represented me in my divorce and she was awful. It never felt like she was actually trying to win, just going through the motions to be able to keep billing me. She got walked on all over by my ex-wife's competent lawyer.
I do not recommend you ever use this law firm if Leslie is typical of their skill level and how they operate.
