Leo Wilking is an excellent & dedicated attorney in many respects. He is a hard worker, works well with others and understands the whole situation to come to a respectable resolution. Leo does a thorough preparation, asks great questions to get a complete understanding of the situation, and he does follows through on what he says he will do. He kept me informed at each step of the process, considers all alternatives for the best possible outcome, and does have his clients in the best interest. First off I would like to say how absolutely rude he was.
Secondly, I called several law firms on behalf of my mother all of whom said that we had a case. Each one said the same thing. That we had a case and if they were in our area they would help but that I had to go to the Wilking Law Firm due to the fact that he is the only one in North Dakota who handles these types of cases. I called and without even being on the phone for much more than 4 whole minutes, he not only didn't want to hear ANYTHING I had to say but he also insulted us for even trying before he pretty much hung up on me. I am shocked. How UNFORTUNATE that he is the only one in all of North Dakota who I am able approach.
