Got a 71 in a 60mph zone. Payed 325$ to them didn’t help me in any way. Got my ticket on my record and had to pay 150$ for my ticket. Felt like there was no effort at all!!

Excellent result on a ticket. Use them. Some of the critical reviews here are more attributable to the delays in the court and the legal system in their jurisdictions. There are no guarantees and you have to be patient (it took 8 months to get a court date) but in the end it worked out perfectly. Very well worth it.

I was just robbed. Legally and financially. By this office. Spoke to them maybe 10 times over the course of 2 months and only had the privilege of speaking to the Attorney once. Shuffled between multiple voicemails and several no return phone calls and even an late night text message. I was never able to get much help or clarity on what appeared to a reasonable situation. This is a first and last in my Lifetime with this office. I'm just surprised a "professional" legal team can be run in such disarray. They informed me 6 days after my case was closed that my hearing would not be taken. Unbelievable! It's like getting a check for your food after waiting 2 hours and not receiving a meal. Do yourself a favor and hire a Traffic Attorney from an area you can trust, it'll save you so much headache and heartache.

Got a ticket and I don't live in the area. For $100 more than the ticket fine I was able to hire heritage law. It was real easy, all paperwork was done online. They went to court for me and got the case dismissed. I didn't even have to travel for a court appearance. Now my record is still clean. Great experience, reasonable prices (especially compared to insurance premiums). Would recommend.

My case is over and they sent me an email that I lost the case and my fees was higher than the ticket I got (not to mention the fees I paid them). I still don’t know what I paid them for. They also had the nerves to tell me to use them for future issues with an array of the specialty defenses. What a waste of time. I think they knew I had a deferral n took the easy way out n made no efforts to get my case dimissed. I’ve had harder n more impossible cases dismissed here in Seattle, with ease. They made it seem like they did me such a big favor by getting me a deferral that I could have gotten myself. Ur better off paying the ticket off your self cause it’s cheaper or requesting ur own deferral. Complete waste of time n money.

I got a speeding ticket along the part of I-90 with intermittent construction, in a slow-down zone, at night in the pouring rain. I don't recall specifics but I think the ticket was for doing 12 or 15 over the reduced speed limit. I felt like it could be dismissed. Heritage worked the case for $325 and got it dismissed. I worked with Heritage Law Offices to contest a speeding ticket I had received while driving through Upper Kititas District Court. I was told that the judge of the court is pretty strict and doesn't dismiss a lot of cases; however, because of the great skill of the attorney's at this law office they were able to get my ticket dismissed. I am really grateful for their hard work on my behalf. They are also really great about staying in touch with you every step of the process and answering all your questions.

We had a speed ticket ( 5 miles over) and I paid $300 for representative in our case. They cannot clear our ticket. I suggest to paid ticket and do not spent $300 for hire. You cannot remove 5 miles over in ticket? Wow. Now I have to pay another $105 to county. Very expensive ticket.

I gave 2 stars because they were polite and responsive. After that, this whole process was disappointing. After 15 years of driving and zero tickets on my record I decided to hire Heritage Law. I paid them their flat $325 fee to defend me for a speeding ticket in the Cle Elum area. Not once was I contacted by Joyce who is the only actual bar certified lawyer in the firm. I was only communicated with from legal assistants. After my hearing, they told me they lost and deferred the ticket on my behalf. So not only do I have to pay $181 (which the original ticket was $125), but I now have to pass a 4 hour online driving course. I completely understand losing was always an option, but felt there was zero effort or clarity throughout this process. Essentially I feel like they just took my money and provided zero value to me as their client.

On my way to and from Spokane because my mom was having major health scares left and right, my distracted mind managed to get two speeding tickets, one on the way there, one on the way back. I couldn't possibly add more to my insurance bill since I just bought a new car so I reached out to Heritage Law for help.
Despite me being in Seattle, and her in Eastern WA, the process of retaining her services was quick, efficient and painless to manage remotely. She represented me in both tickets, got one lowered to a non-moving violation and the other was dismissed.
All the while the office was clear about what to expect, directions for me and speedy with communicating the results of my case once heard in court. This took off so much stress and was well worth the nominal fee paid to retain services. I'd highly recommend working with this accommodating, efficient and effective firm.

I contacted Heritage Law to help fight a speeding ticket received in Central Washington (I-90 CleElum area). I paid $325 dollars for the attorney to represent me in this case which just so happens to be in CleElum, WA. Their website touts great service and a good success rate. There are also many great reviews which is why I chose Heritage Law. Well my experience wasn't that great. The end result was the case was not dismissed, reduced to a non-moving violation, nor was there a fine reduction. The attorney touted they were able to get a deferral which means I still had to pay a $212 fine, attend a defensive driving school that cost around $40 and takes up to 4 hours, and not get a similar ticket for 12 months or I believe it gets reported to DMV. Obviously, disappointed in the result, I began to ask questions to determine what all was done in my defense. The answer I received from Heritage Law was " We did our best to have the case dismissed but a dismissal is not always possible....When the officer appears usually the best option is a deferral, which is why your case was deferred....had the officer not shown up your case would have been dismissed." When ask what further strategies were used, the firm made no mention of any other efforts to negotiate with the court, prosecution, or judge such as reduced fine, non-moving violation, etc. The response was "if the officer shows up its a tough case." I communicated my displeasure in their willingness to spend some time to discuss typical strategies used, which would perhaps set clear expectations. I was offered a $100 credit toward a future ticket service for myself or someone else. Oh and if you check out the Facebook page they tend to be pretty cozy with the Highway Patrol. Safe your self the $325, represent yourself, and use the same strategy Heritage Law uses and "hope" the officer doesn't show up. Again, had the attorney's set clear expectations up front, and discussed the case strategy, perhaps I wouldn't be so upset, but given the lack of clear communication, and clearly explained strategy I am very disappointed in their service and would not recommend

Horrible experience with Heritage Law and I would not suggest them to anyone. To start their representation fee of $325 is ridiculous especially when they don't even get the case dismissed. The worst par of all is they failed to communicate with me during the whole process and did not inform me they were going to use my deferral which I could have easily done myself and saved $325. Poor communication and representation on simple speeding ticket I give this company 1 out of 10.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! Crooks, not once was I called to discuss my case that I paid $325 to be "represented" by this law firm. Even after I called multiple times asking if they needed information that I had to help my case, they never called to discuss it. After I received an email stating that the court ruled in favor of the trooper and that I was assessed the full fine and violation, conveniently they were unavailable to talk and explain what happened. Stay away from these people.

My husband worked with Heritage Law offices on his ticket. As a CDL driver he was very nervous with this being his first ticket and Heritage worked diligently on his ticket to have it dismissed. They were very honest and direct with their communication and kept contact when needed to keep hin informed and updated regarding his case, would highly recommend.

Had a traffic infraction from a well known county in WA that's uses the tickets for revenue generation. I was rather ticked off noting the officer made special note of my luxury car.. out of state plate.. and my out of state license (just relocated for work) obviously targeting me as an easy payday that I wouldn't dispute or fight it.

Due to the location it's difficult to find a lawyer for fighting tickets, checked a few and never got a call back, or was told by one to pay the fine and use the WA deferral (given I haven't had a accident/ticket in over 20 years) as the counties like these are nearly impossible to fight given it's a full time job for the officers and the prosecutors never budge.

That didn't sit right right me, contacted Heritage Law and they managed to get a full dismissal of my ticket without any wasted time on my part dealing with it. No risk of having a 1yr deferral, and no hit to my insurance if I had just paid and not contested which would have been massive given the value of my car and policy.

They took my $325, informed me they probably couldn't get the ticket dismissed, and then failed miserably in court. Not only did I pay their very expensive fee of $325, I had to pay my speeding ticket along now with raised insurance rates.

Unfortunately I was born with a foot impediment - it’s called lead foot. Thankfully, we have folks like Liz at Heritage Law to help level the playing field. My disease has plagued me all my adult life and I have required assistance from Heritage Law multiple times, with nothing but the best service with outstanding results. I was in an accident on I-90 @ Vantage and fully believe that it was due to wind and snow and was cited for excessive speed. With no way of the Patrolman proving that, I hired this firm because it was too far for my incredible attorney on the West side and also for a well referred attorney from Spokane. I've heard from many that lower Kittitas county courts are real tough and maybe now I understand that they are out for revenue. My original ticket was $185 and I should have thought differently when this firm charged me $325 to represent me, which was way more than I've ever paid over here but I hoped for the best in figuring they should be able to litigate this case and I wanted to avoid insurance spike. Court day came and went and I got informed that we lost, the $185 was still owed and another $10 late fee was required as well! I gained absolutely nothing from their services and I would have taken the time to drive there and represent myself and saved all of that exorbitant amount of money. I'd actually give them no stars if possible because they didn't accomplish a damn thing on my behalf. The reason for losing was because the officer showed up and did his job perfectly. I would never offer a referral and highly recommend that if you're contemplating using this firm, find another means of representation for your own benefit or just pay the fine as is. It's quite a racket in my opinion, the whole system is rigged to take your money and they do it often but they informed me that it was a pleasure representing me, imagine that?

I had the pleasure recently of working with Heritage Law's legal team to resolve a traffic violation allegation. I will definitely use them again if I have any more problems in Kittitas county. In short, my ticket was dismissed, plus the legal team working my case was informative and personable.

I had a 5mph over speeding ticket. The hearing was originally scheduled on 12/31 which I thought might be a better chance of the officer not showing due to new years eve potentially increased patrolling. However, Heritage rescheduled the hearing to over a month later without my knowledge. The officer not only showed up to my hearing, my 5mph over ticket became 15mph somehow. I ended up paying more than double my original fine, as well as skyrocketed insurance rate, on top of paying Heritage their fees. All in all, extremely bad result in my case.

I honestly think they are one of the worst office in the state, maybe in the country. They charged me so much and got my ticket no where and they tried to make me do the paperwork. Bring your own lawyer if you can don't hire this people.
