I had a great experience with Attorney Kim. Our case was pretty complicated but everything went very smoothly. I’m grateful for her service and definitely recommend her. :)

Attorney Kai is very professional and look always for alternatives to your cases. Immigration is a very complex area and having someone that knows if they can really help is a must. She is very kind and honest.

Ji Kim is caring and very professional immigration attorney in Washington state.
Terrible service. After payment, the lawyer went silent, rude to requests and provided false advise that negatively impacted my case. I had to switch lawyer to reduce damage. Want to share my experience so other people do not get harmed by unprofessional screw ups.

So far I have no complaints, Ji Min, is very easy to talk to and honest.
Update: my daughter is now here in America thanks to them. They helped her all the way. They even called my daughter before her embassy interview and gave her confidence. Thank you very much and Good Job

Ji Min Kim is not only incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled, but is also caring and understanding. Since my wife and I started working with Ji Min, we have felt much, much more at ease about our ongoing immigration process. With her, it feels like we truly have someone on our side. I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone.

I am forever grateful to have met attorney Ji Min Kim, she was the most professional and empathetic attorney. My case wasn't the easiest but she reassured me that she was going to do whatever she could to help. She handled my case very efficiently, she would always follow up with me throughout the case via phone calls. I highly recommend her as an Immigration Attorney.

I applied to E-2 Visa with Ms.Kim and couldn't get the visa due to lack of communication. Several Paralegals changed during our case and they wrote my spouse's name(Isa) wrong(as Isla) on the application form and some important documents (such as Business Valuation) were missing..After rejection, I applied myself without a lawyer and got my visa for 5 years:)I was lucky because Embassy staff at my city was very helpful and understanding.

Worse experience ever! Ji Min Kim was the lawyer, after she charged us $4,000 for the I130 case, she stopped helping us. every time I asked she didn't provide any information. After calling USCIS, I found out she made mistakes that delayed the case for 2 months. When I called again, she became very rude and threatened to mess up our case by using her lawyer status if we complained. by the end I did all the work, spend +50 hours on it, and had to clean up her mistake. Now the case is cleared, I want to write review and warn people about her practice. I don't know how she stay in business with such unprofessional and bad practice. Still kept all the emails with rude languages and threats.
Also she is very good at argument and not providing solutions, so if you see a reply below it will be from her arguing it is not their fault.

They take the money expressing no interest in your problem. They delay communications by days. They charge you astronomical fees for documents that they could otherwise email for free.
Appointment was delayed by 30 minutes and Kim walked out the room before we finished asking questions saying "i have to go" leaving us in a room with an idiot who walks and thinks slower then a snail.
Maybe they treat Asians better then everyone else ? I don't know. All I know is that Kim just wanst money. She never wanted to help. No passion to help at all. Money and nothing else.

What a relief! I have hired Kai Law Group to take care of some traffic tickets I received that I wholeheartedly believed I did not deserve. The staff is professional and I can genuinely tell that they are there to support their customers and help in any way possible. Ultimately the tickets got dismissed and I can confidently say that I will be going to them for any other legal matters that might arise. I wish I knew about them sooner and will be referring my friends and family as well because of their great service!

I hired the services of Kai Law Group to take care of 2 speeding tickets I had. They did an amazing job on getting both tickets completely dropped without me even having to come to court!! They were extremely professional and got results. Thank you so much for your help and for saving me from several hundred dollars in fines along with higher insurance rates. I will definitely use your services next time the occasion arises!
