Rob Sears and his team at Sears Injury Law are the only ones who I would trust to take care of one of my family members' cases. I have had Rob take care of two cases for me now and both times we experienced nothing but stellar communication with quick replies, and a thorough knowledge of what next steps should be.
I have used other local firms in the past and was greatly disappointed, both with the lack of communication and settlement amount. As I am reading all these 5 star reviews I am at a loss of what I have done wrong. I have been working with this company since July 2019. I have had little to no communication and wonder who this Rob is because he sounds fantastic. I am as confused and feel as though no one cares. Questions I have asked go unanswered - like why am I having to pay treatment out of my pocket, that I cannot afford, when there is an open claim. They keep telling me to go to my chiropractor more but I cannot afford more than 1-2 times per month, but somehow they will get 33%. Not too impressed. Maybe this Rob person will give me a call. I am sure he can find my number.

Rob and his staff are great they are well respected in the community. They work very hard and diligently to get you the best settlement possible. After a car accident it can be very overwhelming with tons of paperwork and bills coming your direction, Rob and his staff will take the time to sit down with you and explain things. It’s very comforting to know that you have an advocate that has your best interest in mind.

Mr. Rob is one of a kind. Makes you feel comfortable and at home. Very first thing when stepping through the door was his receptionist Ms. Kayla kindly asking me if I would like a beverage. I would not see anyone else and that’s facts.

Let me count the ways... First I own a massage practice, so it’s not just myself. I send so many of my patients through Rob and his staff and can’t tell you how many times I hear that they actually listen, that they care, they feel like they have support and back up.

Then let’s talk about myself, when I got into my accident last February Rob was the first person I called and his staff has handled my case beautifully without any issue.

Then in October here’s the icing, why you should never go anywhere else. I called Rob Sears, it’s around 4 maybe 5 in the afternoon and I’m bawling and panicking my husband has been in a horrible accident and me of all people can’t remember what to do and I’m trying to think and drive and calm down(Bluetooth I assure you). I have a brain disorder and my husband’s car was shattered all over the road. Rob not only calmed me down, stayed on the phone, helped me make a list, but this was a Friday, Rob came in the next day, to meet with my husband to get his case started right away so that he was taken care of, he was STELLAR. Plus we had car issues, his team helped us figure EVERYTHING OUT, even the things that they didn’t have to do.

I have been in several car accidents and I have never received as good of service as I did with Rob Sears, highly recommend him He is so personable and a class act. He really goes above and beyond for his clients. Most attorneys brush you off after you sign the contract with them. Rob was upfront and honest throughout the whole process you never feel out of the loop.

Rob and his team were a pleasure to work with! Two accidents in one week made for quite a bit of chaos. However they were able to handle it perfectly. The doctors they referred me and my kids to are doctors I will continue seeing even though they are no longer treating me for the accidents. The Sears Injury Law office was awsome in helping my son before he passed away last year in July. After my son passed away Sears Law Office continued with my son's cases and they also helped me deal with my son passing away.
The first case that Sears helped my son with was when he was t-boned and the other vehicle left the scene. Then Last year he was waiting to turn off Brookdale and was rearended, the lady hit him at 40 mph. Not to long after that accident my son was in a wreck on his motorcycle on Brookdale and he died 6 days later.

I want to personally Thank The Sears Law Office for helping my son Dillon Matthew before he passed away and then b.c. helping me after he passed away.
