Got the job done but he is very rude. I know he needs to work for his clients best interest, but I was there helping my mother with her estate needs after my father passed away. He made me feel as if I were there to influence her and undermine her. That was last year. Today my sister called to add herself as a power of attorney as mom is now living with her. Again he was rude and she had to defend herself. I am glad he is acting protective of our mother but no need to assume we are trying to take advantage of her. Will never go back.

First off Dale is a great person. I enjoyed the interaction I had with him. But I would I Highly discourage using Dale for any traffic related cases. I feel this is not is area of expertise. I payed $450 for a basic driving offense and pretty much payed for a phone call from him after my court date telling me there was nothing he was able to do.

Went to him with a very easy case that could easily get dismissed he wanted $3,000 he might have had to go to court one maybe two times I think that was a little much for such a little case would of hated to see what he would of charge me for a dui
