To make this short, my wife and I hired Mr Steele on Jan 17, 2018 to handle our bankruptcy, which is (notice I say IS) a very embarrassing and draining experience. Over the months of Jan-June 2018, we spoke with Steele or his wife 6 times, in which 2 of those was Ms Steele calling us and the 4 were the few times when we could get someone to answer the phone. The end of June after NUMEROUS emails, we had a meeting with Mr Steele, and thought for sure we would be finishing the bankruptcy and would get a case number. That didn't happen, Mr Steele was 20 min late to start the meeting and then after 10 min, said we were not ready and gave us a stack of at least 400 pages of paper and told us to fill out 2 sections and get back with him. My wife went thru every piece of paper and not only did the Steeles have someone else's bills/creditors mixed in with ours, they had listed a creditor as a bank account making it seem like we had some bank account with $3000 in it. We sent mr Steele an email stating we didn't feel he had our best interest at heart, and that the discrepancies that they had in our paperwork make us feel he doesn't know us. He emailed back immediately stating we were awful to represent and my wife's secret move to Louisianna and my bad Accident makes us too hard to represent. Which was exactly what we said, he has no clue who we are. There was never "secret" move to ANY state and never an accident, at least with myself and my wife. Then to top it off, 2 weeks after that email from Mr Steele, my wife got a call from Mr Steele. He called her saying he was an attorney from Shelton, and had she ever met with him? Because he has no record of us meeting, but he got a call from ******company/creditor, inquiring about an account that stated bankruptcy in Feb but they never received a case number, and Mr Steele was listed as Attorney. My wife nicely said, Yes, I just received you check for the filing fee we pre paid you that you had to reimburse us for, just today.

Still in total shock about the unprofessional, and unethical way Mr Steele does business and more shocked that Mason County, Washington voters chose him as District Court Judge.

And now this review will get deleted/removed, because for some reason Mr Steele can remove them, as I and many others have posted reviews about him......then they disappear

As district judge he declared me as incompetent to eliminate the accumulation of evidence proving the attack of assault their officers committed.
Then threaten more violence if I was to be found competent within the year.
In other would, I was told to shut up and leave town if I care about my life.
I had been living in Shelton for close to 7 years without issues of any kind. I was attacked by police officer while walking home with groceries at night. I was being attacked to the point of yelling out for help to an pedestrian on the opposite side of the road. That is when I was arrested for notice disturbance.
Steele should be in jail for life.

Extremely persistent and professional. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for his services! Gets the job done.

This is a 100% no. 100% unsatisfied with entire experience. More communication regarding termination than my defense over 2 months.
