Incompetent. Paired with them through Off the Record who no longer work with them due to negligence on other cases. Failed to notify me that my lawyer had quit the firm resulting in late ticket fee. Did not reply to any of my e-mails. Don't use them.

The worst law firm with the most excuses. Received two FTAs due to the incompetence of this firm. Hired through off the record whom does not work with this firm any longer due to this case. We are reporting them to the bar. 1st & 2nd excuse the court lost their paperwork, 3rd excuse their attorney did not do their job and will be fired as he had let down ma y clients, 4th excuse they sent the court paperwork under my husbands name rather than my sons, 5th excuse death in the family, 6th excuse another death requiring attorneys to leave the country until Aug 2nd, 7th excuse the court will not respond, 8th excuse they only have 1 attorney at the moment who is in court daily with no time to contact us. We are due in court again on the 15th with no legal representation because their borrowed attorney does not have time. WE HIRED THIS FIRM MONTHS AGO!! We are reporting this firm to the bar. When I told Jessica the paralegal who represented herself as my sons attorney simply stated I understand and giggled. I am disgusted!
