I agree with the rest of the poor ratings on Dugaw as an attorney, even down to the point of feeling like he was speaking down to me.

Dugaw, horrible attorney. Wont put anything in writing, kept changing his fees , got a lot of paperwork wrong.
Dragging his feet to get more money , and everything is your fault, talks down to you.. go somewhere else.

I see a lot of bad reviews which is why I was inclined to write mine here. I recently went threw a very rough divorce process. Paul was my lawyer and did an amazing job I got shared custody of my son and he was very fast about getting everything in. He was a great lawyer for me I was impressed.

Useless except for taking your money

No help at all and dragging feet in helping me process stuff for my moms will. I am her executor and need answers to proceed. Waste of time!

This is the best attorney I've ever met Joseph Enbody sr. Has helped my family so many time from when I was a child to now helping with my kids, renters rights, an even gave legal advice on L & I and ssi even thought he dosnt do that kind of law practice but that's the kind of person he is always helping people at least in my opinion and experience.

I hired Dugaw to represent me after my husband surprised me with divorce papers. Dugaw acted like he was on my side and agreed to fight for my daughter and I. As soon as I gave him a check, however, he flipped his tune and started bullying me to settle. He was just flat out mean to me. He completely railroaded me and made me feel uncomfortable to ask him questions. Honestly, all of these Lewis County lawyers are buddy-buddy. I recommend seeking council in Olympia. After 24 hours, I had no choice but to agree with Dugaw that I should find other representation. Afterwards , he talked about me to my husband’s attorney! Very unprofessional and uncouth. Dugaw is a terrible person and should not be hired.

Complete useless attorney. I have had the pleasure of dealing with this clown. If you like mistyped documents, forgotten dates, errogance and just overall neglect for your well being, then Paul is your man.

We needed help with a CPS matter, and this firm negotiated with them for 5 months just to agree to fall CPS policy. After all this they stopped representing us as it was time for the appeal process, and shredded all the documents, so the new legal counsel has to start all over. By the way the firm was asked to represent CPS so I wouldn't use them for those types of cases. They are very friendly with COS.

These are the most terrible lawyers in town. They do not fight for their clients. Use a different law firm.
