Leonor and Nichole are absolutely amazing after my accident I contacted Fuller & Fuller since it was my first accident and I had no idea what to do. The moment I first met them they werent only concerned about my case but about me as a person. They were there for me through the whole process rooting for me to get better. All in all this felt more like close friends trying to help me out rather than an attorney trying to get paid. They went above an beyond and I was able to text whenever I had any question whatsoever and they would talk me through it. Wow! Lawyer jokes aside, Marya is a shark! I mean that in the best possible way- I can’t think of someone whom I would have rather had on my side through the miserable and grueling experience of dealing with insurance companies after having been a passenger in an auto accident. My only regret is that I didn’t call her sooner! I shake my head at myself for ever thinking I could just middle through and let things work out. It was overwhelming, it was nerve wracking, and it made recovering even tougher because I was so stressed out, and the whole time I didn’t even realize how much more difficult I was making things go for myself by refusing to ask for help. But finally, I did! And immediately, before I even left Ms. Fuller’s office, I felt ten tons lighter. Why did I ever think I could do the work of trained professionals who have dedicated their lives to understanding and working within a system that was designed to make every tiny thing as difficult as possible? Not to mention the settlement... My partner (who was in the same accident) thought he could just do it all by himself, and in the end he wound up with half of what I walked away with in my pocket. But what he got would have been quadruple the result of mine if I hadn’t had Ms. Fuller and her team on my side. They went the extra mile and held the insurance companies accountable for all my pain and suffering and it paid off! I was in a serious auto accident in which a negligent driver t-boned my truck which resulted in our truck being totaled and left me with some serious injuries. Initially the at fault insurance wouldn’t even provide me a rental car and I waited patiently for them to contact me and get me a rental. After a week a still no rental car I contacted Fuller & Fuller for help and by the next day Leonor and Nichole had contacted the at fault insurance company and they were able to get me into a rental car. My only regret was that I waited a week to call them! They were able to settle my case in a timely manner and they were there for me on a personal level too, reassuring me and assisting me through this.
