Tony was very professional and polite. He has affordable prices if u need a commissioner of oaths to witness paperwork. I was happy with his services. Tony was very helpful and explained what I had to do for my paperwork on how to fill it out. I would highly recommend Tony if you need a commissioner of oaths. 10/10

Anthony was awesome and quick! I even missed our appointment due to my son being sick and didn’t realise until Anthony messaged to let me know he was waiting! So when I called to explain he came right to my house, so I didn’t have to take my son out! He even helped me get the proper form for what I needed notarized! Thank you Anthony!!

I used Mr Whalen's service to serve papers. He was very efficient and professional. I am in Alberta and with email and fax machines, it makes it easy to forward the info to Tony.
The price was great and I felt he went beyond what most would do for someone they only had contact with on email.

Mr. Whalen was very courteous, polite and professional although I requested his service later in the evening. It just so happened that he was returning to Fredericton from an all-day business round-trip to Campbellton - Home of the Tigers! Yet, Mr. Whalen was willing to meet on very short notice to witness an affidavit I required for the next day. Very accommodating young man!
