Very bad lawyer. Mr. Manning could care less about helping people out and getting them the justice they deserve. Gave me bogus information just so I would accept the other party's plea and told me there was nothing I could do. I ended up calling another attorney and they said they could have helped me and I could go after mr manning for falsely informing his clients but would be more time and money I don't have. This attorney does not care about helping you or giving you all the correct information. Don't trust him. He just wants your money and to not do any work.

A Good lawyer.. Kind of scatter-brained, but a Good guy & lawyer. If you're in a bind & have $$, hire him. You'll be glad you did.

Mr. Manning is unorgenized between tribal and state courts, he asks for one thing and when a client trys to get the information he wants he forgets he even asked for it. And I personally feel because his ex-wife is the new tribal judge No one will have proper defence, and personal feelings will be taken out on his clients.
But if you need help with Driver licences or driving issues and the judge is not the his ex I'd give him 4 starts.

They only handle crystal meth cases.
