Please look for another firm. The worst. The staff isn't any better , 1st went to closing and had special fee paid. Which ment theres a yearly fees on the property , 2nd staff billed me 3 times when bill was paid, had to get front and back of check from bank to prove that bill was paid on time, tried to get special fee addresse but it was missed OMG WHAT A COMPLETE FAILURE. BE AWARE OF THIS FIRM
