If I could give 0, I absolutely would. The contract we had was broken so many times, his license was suspended and instead if contacting me, he let our adoption case drop. Multiple mailings sent and he never reached out to us. Along with many other things- including the fact that he was paid in full and never delivere . We will absolutely be seeking legal action against curot .

Richard is a very nice guy and does a good job handling the cases he has. He worked on a case for me in 2018. I would recommend his services.
