All I can say RUN. Don't use this Lawyer. They took over 10,000 for less than 2 week of case that never even went to court. It was a frivolous order and we were told it would be easy to get resolved and for sure less than 2k retainer. But lo and behold they racked fees like crazy and had me paying 3 people to get info to the lawyer. They charge a ton a bill every life thing and make it worse to drag it out and get more more money. They are heartless blood suckers!!

They are not interested in helping you get what you want, if you have lots of money they're there to help you if you are there on your own accord they use you for your money with no results because they want to go after a person worse for somebody else that has more money and they're not interested in helping you get what you need I'm out $3,500 because they were more interested in another case that was tied to the same woman that I'm trying to divorce all they were interested in was the information to make his case better they didn't care about my case

My husband has been using Sarah Long for all things regarding his kids since she was at her previous employer. We retained her because his ex wife filed a motion to move out of state with his kids. She won the case hands down for us. We have since used her for everything besides child support that has come up. She is always 100% honest with us, and tells us like it is. She is not out for the money, and we trust her with our very sensitive case. She's very prompt with her responses and is very knowledgeable about family law, as well as the county we live in. I have and will recommend her to any/everyone that asks us for advice with custody/divorce court

Excruciatingly unprofessional.

They told us they did this kind of case all the time and missed out on one key point that should have been known to a seasoned attorney would have saved us 8 grand total scam

Filed bankruptcy and they they were even able to get my student loans forgiven. Which would have paid for the lawyer in itself 10 fold.

I consulted 2 attorneys on the restraining order I got against my stalker, harasser & attacker years ago. I qualified for an order for protection. This lawfirm claimed I didn't have a case, etc. 100% inaccurate! This lawfirm is the rudest, most corrupt, Inept, laziest and inaccurate I've ever spoken to. I consulted a second local attorney and without an attorney based off of the advice of the other second law firm that was competent I won my case. This so called law firm I'm rating here was 100% wrong! They were rude on top of it. And it involved my very life and safety. I'm 100% disabled too. The person had attacked me, stole from me, hurt my pets, hurt me and threatened my very life. I would never send anyone to this attorney nor firm. They're reprehensible. They're way worse than I'd heard from county clerks. The local judge ruled in my favor without an attorney the person I had to protect myself against is wealthy, powerful and had the best attorney in the state. After the advice of the other law firm not dirty or incompetent like this one. Ive been safer from my attacker. He violated the restraining order a minimum of 5x also. I'd never ever refer anyone to this attorney nor firm. Not ever. They're horrible.

Better off representing yourself and do your self a favor and use the self help center.

We are happy with the services of this firm and would use them again. Very professional and concerned with getting us the fairest outcome for our situation. Highly recommend.

I hired Michelle Kelsey to deal with a divorce and custody issue. She charged me well over $20,000 and made my situation much worse. I would never hire her again. Stay away from the law firm. They over charge and make the situation much worse so that they can bill longer.

Horrific Advice! Almost three years ago this "Law Office" negotiated a one day visit with my Lawyer for my soon to be ex-husband to see our 2 year old daughter. Then this "Law Office" advised my ex-husband and his family to keep my daughter for "a while", to give them an advantage in the court room. Essentially keeping my daughter as a bargaining chip with no regard for her welfare. Three years later my daughter still has to sleep by my side and has abandonment issues. Based on my interaction with Michelle Kelsey I would say run - find an honest, ethical, morally sound lawyer to support you. You shouldn't have to manipulate people to win court cases.

And to the Owner - you can't keep saying people haven't worked with you... it's obvious you deserve these bad reviews.

Do not go here unless you like wasting money because they charge you out the butt and don't get a damn thing accomplished. My mother had hired their office for a divorce/custody. $3,500 later and nothing was done at all. They charged her for every little thing that should not be charged for like opening a dang letter.

Not only did a real person answer the phone, but they were able to get me some answers right away. When I met with Michelle, it was easy to tell that I was dealing with a down-to-earth firm that truly wanted to help, and wasn't just looking for another client. Highly recommended.
