If I could give less than 1 star, I would. "Joel Miller" was the person I spoke with and he was extremely rude. After I suggested a payment arrangement, he agreed and said that was what he had already suggested. Which he didn't. He had wanted to take 25% of my paychecks. We was rude, not helpful or accommodating and belittling. After getting off of the phone with him, I immediately googled the law firm he claimed to work for and found nothing. I will be changing my account information as I feel they are scammers. I hope this guy doesn't have children. I would feel sorry for them

Riverview Law Office says it wants to address issues and concerns but really is working for whomever the money is gonna come from. I tried to work things out with a woman who was not at all interested in my situation, she was rude, and said "well, you'll just have a judgment against you. I filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office and they will be looking into it. These "lawyers" cannot continue to bully and add stress to an already stressful situation. I would stay away from this office and if you have to speak to someone their be sure it isn't Brianna she lacks empathy, communication skills, and sounds like she hates her job and is being bothered!! she should be held accountable for not doing her job!!! i.e. assisting people based on their situation and financial ability. What a miserable woman. They pulled the payment even after I informed them that this would be a hardship due to my vehicle breaking down!!! I am now overdrawn at my bank!!! so angry I am seeing RED!!!
