I contracted with Layne Scheveck of Scheveck and Salminen Law about expungment of my police records I acquired around 1990.

Layne was very approachable and non judgmental!

The court's attourney denied the petition Layne filed on my behalf which was very disapointing.

Nonetheless, Layne researched, compiled and presented the necessary information to gain the judges decision (in my favor) upon his reply to the court's denial!
I was estatic and have been waiting decades for this opportunity!

This firm is amazing from the person who answers the phone to the attorneys themselves. There are not enough stars to rate them, that is how good they are. They helped our daughter with a landlord issue of intimidation and harassment that had been going on for over two years. I believe her and her family will be able to live in peace and no longer in fear. These young men are going places. Just watch, give them a couple of years under their belts and they will be the top attorneys in our country to go to for help. Not enough thank yous in the world to give them.

These guys are legit. Did what they said they’d do. And they know current MT law better than other local, older attorneys that charge more per hour.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney. I needed a simple parenting plan done for my family and they gladly took my money and then wouldn’t respond to calls or emails. Never once received an invoice on where my retainer fee went and even worse found out I lost my case and owed money because I didn’t respond to the courts. Do your home work people, I don’t want this to happen to anyone else!!!

He agreed to take my case and gave me advice. For months. Told me was there for me and as soon as it got in the thick of it he bailed on me. And refused to answer phone calls and emails. Very unprofessional. Didn’t even let me know he was backing out. Just dissapeared.

I went to Lyndon for a consultation and he was very professional and understanding of my situation. Once i got the retainer to him he went to work that same day. Came in and had a consultation with Lyndon and paid him to represent me in court. Lyndon not only lost the paperwork he took from me after calling his office to look for it multiple times he didn’t even show up at the court appearance I payed him to be at. Only to tell me he didn’t have time but conveniently had the time to deposit the check I gave him As well as deny even loosing my paperwork in the first place. Lyndon does not care about his clients more do the job he was paid to do in the first place.

Never returns calls, then secretary calls two hours before hearing I had no clue of, that I need to be ready for conference call. After hearing try call and no return call.
