I hired Joe and that was one of the best choices I've ever made. He did an excellent job with my case. He makes the insurance company stick with their word instead of finding a way to not have to hold up their end of the policy.

I was rear ended a few years ago. At first I felt fine, but after a few days I could barely move my neck. I was receiving very pushy and threatening phone calls from the insurance company of the other driver. I realized they wanted to settle quickly and (cheaply) because I was actually hurt. I called Mr. Cook that day and he took all of the stress and pressure away. He met with me within 24 hours and from that moment on he handled everything. I was able to get medical treatment, to feel like myself again, and be made whole for the damages incurred to my vehicle. He never suggested we consider settlement offers until I brought it up and I was well again. Mr. Cooks only concern was that I recover and feel well once more. He has since taken excellent care of three very close friends, who are near and dear to my family. I can’t thank him enough, and I will continue to refer clients his way.
