Matt galinger is unethical and will bleed his clients dry. This law firm will find every excuse to over bill the client while providing sub par representation.

Got involved in an extreme time sensitive matter in which my first contacted attorney referred me to Steven Stockdale to help. Thank goodness he did! Steven listened, understood, and stood on my behalf while I was out of town. I'd recommend him in a heart beat! I don't wish myself to ever have to be in court again, but if the time comes, I can be confident that I will always be greatly represented! Thanks again, Steven!

Not helpful at all. Did not take my needs seriously. Fought my battle myself and won, so guess I didn't need them anyway.

Tyler worked hard in the beginning but moved at a turtles pace once they had their money from the settlement......while we waited and waited....I gave up and was relieved when someone else stepped in to put an end to our nightmare. My daughter deserved better. Never again.

I met with Mr. Tyler Dugger the 2nd week of July 2017 for an initial consultation in regards to 2 small claims cases. I told him that I had previously contacted another attorney in town in regards to these cases and that I fired the attorney because he never filed the cases with the courts or did any work on the cases in over 1 months time. I made it clear to Mr. Dugger that I wanted these cases to be filed ASAP and for it not to take a month or longer. We reviewed the case files during the consultation going over evidence in the files. Mr. Dugger said he would get to work on these ASAP and get them filed in a timely manner. I have filed small claims cases before on my own for another business I own. I know it takes less than 15 minutes or less to fill out the forms especially if you already have the forms on your computers like most legal offices do. After over 3 weeks I called Mr. Dugger to follow up to make sure the cases got filed. I was unable to reach Mr. Dugger but I left a message on his voicemail to call me and update me. He never returned my call. I called him again 6 days later and again left a message for a return call. He called me back and told me he had not filed the cases yet. He told me he didn't think the case was winnable because the other party had contacted an attorney to represent them and that they would have evidence supporting their side. I asked him who their attorney was and he said he didn't know. I said they were probably bluffing and had not contacted an attorney and that my evidence was backed up by professional business men who had to repair the damages by the other party with detailed letters and invoices as well as photos taken by the business men before and after their work as well as photos taken by me and contracts signed by the other party in which they breached the contract. Plus for them to have hired an attorney they would have to come up with a $2000 to $ 3000 retainer fee which I knew they couldn't afford because they already had debt collectors after them and they had previously filed bankruptcy 2 years before in the state of Florida which meant they couldn't file again in regards to this case.Mr. Dugger said it was going to cost me $2000 to collect on a $1600 claim. I told him to file the case anyway. He then told me that he would get a trial date within 4 weeks once he filed the case with the courts but his law office was booked out for the next 21/2 months with other trial cases and he couldn't fit me into his schedule. I told him if he was so busy he should have told me he couldn't take the case on when I first consulted him over a month ago. He wasted my time! He tried giving me ridiculous excuses in the beginning of our conversation for not filing the cases which I rebutted with valid facts. He also told me in our first meeting that he would have to have someone else in the office represent me in court because he sometimes fills in as a temporary judge for the courts when they're short handed and didn't want to cause a conflict of interest in case he would ever have to preside over another case involving me or the other party. Guess he never heard of recuseing himself if that would ever had occurred. Mr. Dugger never told during our first meeting that it was going to cost $2000 to represent me for each case because he would need 10 hours to prepare for each case. Again this is ridiculous. I've gone to small claims court to represent myself and it didn't take 10 hours to prepare. I also have hired other attorneys to represent me in small claims courts and it didn't take them 10 hours to prepare. My old attorney retired from practice so I had to find a new attorney. He never had to take 10 hours to prepare for a case and he won every case in which he represented me and only charged me the filling fee plus 1 hour of time which included his prep time and court time. Is it any wonder why our legal system and political system is so dysfunctional when they're filled with lazy, lying, conniving, self-interest, and disgusting attorneys? This law firm sucks!!!
