In fall the of 2016 I retained this firm to represent me. Four months later, at mediation, I was told by my attorney that there was no room for negotiation in my case. My attorney could have shared this complete lack of leverage with me in our first hour of conference, but he chose to drag the matter out for months. If he had used this time to negotiate a lower burden, I would understand the need for the process. He did not. Instead he repeatedly ignored my requests, and those of opposing counsel, for a counter offer. In the end I was left with a near-maximum burden (one I could have easily negotiated on my own), and a $9,000+ legal fee. When I suggested to the firm that my case was handled inappropriately, I was told that the duration and fee were standard in such a case. I am a school teacher on a tight budget. If you, like me, cannot afford legal services that serve a firm’s bottom line instead of serving you, I recommend that you avoid this firm. Ridiculously poor representation.

Helpful, timely, and great to work with.

I cannot recommend Parker, Heitz and Cosgrove more. I utilized them in 2015 for a personal injury case. It was settled in 2017, and the representation I received was professional, educational, and top notch.
I couldn’t imagine being represented by anyone else.
Mark Parker and Shawn Cosgrove are simply the best.
