I had a meeting with Jason Armstrong and he was wonderful. His demeanor was so genuine and soft which is such a great trait for the services he provides!
He let me rant on and on and listened carefully and never made me feel like he was rushing me off the phone or unconcerned with our conversation! Then he provided helpful feedback for moving forward and the best course of action.
I really appreciated him and his time and feel so excited to work with him again in the future!
Thanks again, Jason!

I was referred to the Cromwell Law Firm for a matter of family law and was not disappointed with the level service, sensitivity to all parties’ circumstances, and timeliness for completion of documents. Audrey is an amazing attorney. She explained the legal implications of the decisions made, outlined the process in plain terms, and even provided a checklist. The level of care they show their clients is remarkable and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

A fantastic team. We've worked with Cromwell Law going back several years and even have them speak at our annual e-commerce conference as well to share their expertise with our own clients. Across a wide range of legal issues, they've guided Tadpull as we've grown our business and found them to be incredibly responsive, well versed in technical issues, and a lot of fun to collaborate with - all things we look for when we buy professional services.

I was let down immensely
1) my husband initiated a divorce immediately following my head injury. Audrey told me this was not a problem and that I could trust her to have my back. I did not experience this at all. She did not make any accommodations for this deficit nor did she seek learning about the implications it would have in the process or after. Therefore she could not have my back or understand my needs or advocate effectively. She did not respond to my concerns nor advocate for what was most important to me-stability and recovery for my children, who were also in the car accident-ever during the nearly two years of this terrible, further traumatizing and demoralizing experience.
2) The goals for family in our initial meetings that we shared as first and foremost to uphold ( our children suffering as little as possible) felt completely abandoned over the course of this confusing process. It clearly prioritized my husbands well being over my children's. I was told this was because of the limitations of MT divorce law. The collaborative process therefore, limited completely by MT judges is a waste of money and does not at all mitigate acrimony. I felt completely mislead. Her seeming satisfaction with what she perceived would work for me reflected her complete lack of understanding and ability to represent me and what I was needing. She took exceptionally good care of my husband and I needed to abandon this process. All advertising for collaborative law seems very misleading.
All in all while I believe Audrey has positive intentions. However, she is expensive and cannot deliver a fair process for stay at home mothers. In her own words MT divorce law favors the wage earner and does not value motherhood. It seems wrong to then charge at such a premium, drag someone through such a painful devaluing process to uphold that against mothers.
Our process failed. What she was negotiating on my behalf would have been so devastating to my children and they would have lost their home and all support under the 'really good deal', an outcome she could have likely predicted up front as inevitable. If she had truly cared about my well being, she would have told me to save my money and my anxiety and not engage with my husbands divorce process. . Her parting note and ten dollar gift certificate to the movies after the tens of thousands of dollars I invested in her expertise was confusing and hugely disconnecting.
I might not have been the easiest client. I have a head injury. This is true. But taking me on with no concessions for this and no meaningful understanding of the dynamic it would bring does not meet my threshold of professional conduct.

Katherine and Layla did an amazing job! Worked thru the night to help our granddaughter. I can never repay or thank them enough for what they did in under 12 hours.

I worked with Charlie and have nothing but positive feedback and results. He took my needs to heart and gave me advice and a product that protected my interests to a T! Attention to detail, air tight legal knowledge, and he has a calming presence that certainly put me at ease during my time with him!
