The rude receptionist is enough reason alone to not recommend this place. Completely unprofessional.

If I could give her zero stars I would! She was horrendous to work with! I could never get a call back, or receive an update on my case. I have since switched lawyers and unfortunately lost $1500 with Keiser and she barely did anything with my case. She really shouldn't be practicing law. Don't waste your time or money on her. Her receptionist is also unbelievably rude to deal with!

I have spent the better part of a year trying to contact Keiser about what she told my wife and I, “would be a simple adoption case”. After taking our money she was a ghost. Didn’t return numerous emails or phone calls. Don’t waste your time or money!!! I am still trying to get my money back from her!!!

Kathryn is amazing. She very easy to work with. She keeps you informed about your case. I hired her for step-parent adoption case. I highly recommend her.

Don't waste your time or money. Sent in $150 for a consultation at the end of November. Never happened, would call and call, never once even spoke to Keiser. I have now been waiting and calling trying to get my money back. Have called on numerous occasions, given my address each time and the promise "they will get right on it". Yet here I am in February with no refund. Still have never even spoken to Kathryn Keiser. Obviously not someone who cares about anything but that check you write.
