Did a great job. Untill the end when i was told it would be a couple hundred to wrap everything up. Ended up being over $1000 more. Even though mediation had need settled. Up untill then I was satisfied.

Kari and her team are excellent. They are thorough, helpful, quick and just amazing. I couldn’t recommend Kari and her staff more so. I have been a client for years and trust Kari and her staff with my life - my family.

If you or someone you know is dealing with a family court issue I highly recommend don shirm at tri cities family law! He has helped me throughout my parenting plan and given me the tools I needed to get my daughter back in my life! He is the upmost professional and respectful attorney I’ve had the pleasure of hiring. He will help with whatever you need and make sure you get the judgment you deserve! There are few things Don shirm can’t do so if you’re in the process I’d go see him first! I appreciate all his help and couldn’t have done it without him!

Called today for availability and rates, to determine if a consult would be in order. No rates will be given over the phone including the standard retainer fee, paralegal rate, or even attorney hourly rates without a paid consultation. A consultation costs $100 and is non refundable. She would not even tell me their hours of availability, or if they are taking new cases without collecting $100. It is not in Tri-Cities, the customer service comes from Seattle with no info whatsoever available for services offered in Tri Cities without paying $100.

I've consulted and/or hired at least 6 different family law attorneys in the past 14 years, and this office is the most organized, thorough, and scheduled office. There is no turn over rate, Erika, Dawn, and Ticia have been with Kari forever, I've been their client for i think 5 years now, they set out a schedule and follow it. Nothing is dragged out, they are completely on top of their game, they return phone calls in a timely manner, they have a nice electric program that is easy to follow, they work well with the mediator Debra Brown And, they are so compassionate and understanding. . They care very much and make it all easier to deal with, family heartache, etc, I appreciate the way they have handled my stress, divorce, parenting plans, mediation, etc Very professional and personal office. Highly recommend them.

Just like other reviews I have seen on other sites I agree that the office does not respond in a timely manner. Will however call at 9:00pm at night to try and collect payment from you. After the receptionist messed up the payment the first time around. Jerry Davis is not prepared in court will just continue to ask for continuances. Will have 2 weeks to collect all paperwork from client but will wait until the day before court hearing to do anything about it. Also I paid over 700 dollars for mediation where his children attended, that's professional! I would think if you are being paid $200 per hour you could afford a babysitter for a few hours to do your job. Seems as though once this office receives payment you are no longer important and will not help you with anything else. After unanswered phone calls and emails I tried to call the office and was told my case had been given to a new paralegal who had not yet been brought up to speed on my case. Without being informed at all of this change. The office receptionist was extremely rude and acted as though I was wasting her time. Then began to tell me I was being rude to her, that's a laugh all I wanted was answers to what was being done on my case. Needless to say I withdrew from this office, asked for my case files and whatever money I had left in my trust account back. Went to office to pick up my paperwork the recpetionist basically threw it on the counter of her desk and said nothing. Received an extremely rude letter from Jerry Davis saying he was removing himself as my lawyer. I thought yeah you are because I already told you that's what needed to be done. I have looked into way more reputable lawyers. If you would like to be treated as a second class citizen and drained of money for little to no help this is the office for you.

This law office is horrible. My daughter hired them to help her with her parenting plan/custody case. She left several messages and never got a return phone call back. When she finally got someone to answer the phone, the receptionist was RUDE and basically accused my daughter of being the rude one. My daughter did not raise her voice or get rude until she was spoken to like a second class citizen. She paid the retainer fee of $2500 and once they got the money, it seemed like her case wasn't so important anymore. My daughter asked for her money back so that she could go somewhere else and when she went to pick up the funds, the attorney, Jerry Davis, had written a letter stating that he was withdrawing as her attorney because she spoke rude to his staff. Well guess what Mr. Davis, my daughter had already requested to withdraw as your client, so what you said in that letter was unnecessary and uncalled for. Also, Mr. Davis, you were very unprepared for the court hearings and my daughter had to go through two different continuances before something was done. Even then, you communicated with the other party more than you did with your own client. Setting up meetings according to what his schedule was not what was in the best interest of your client. Maybe if your staff or you would return phone calls, you wouldn't have such upset people that you are dealing with. I'm sorry but I am a professional and the appropriate time to return a phone call is within 24 hours. I get that you are representing other people, but maybe you shouldn't have your kids in the office with you during a mediation hearing that continued to interrupt the session and then charge the client $500 for that service. This is a horrible office to work with and I hope nobody else has to deal with such a RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL Staff. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE....HORRIBLE
