Imagine the shock, the surprise when all I got back was a form email that simply dismissed any assistance at all on Washington State Consumer Protection laws. To wit: elderly woman is taken to the cleaners for well over 32 THOUSAND and this outfit summarily dismissed any assistance at all. This after waiting 24 hours and talking with a robotic chat legal aide who could no more find it's OFF switch than a man in the moon. Review stands. Negative TEN.
