**UPDATE** I was surprised that an attorney (sorry I don't recall his name) called to address my concern and ask if he could be of service. Therefore improving my star rating. LWW Receptionist just lost them a client. I began my conversation with my situation. She then began asking me questions that I had just presented. I'm in an anxious state with my problem. She did not instill with confidence. I imagine the attorneys are much smarter. They should consider a different front person to represent their office.

I received a referral to this office from my chiropractor's office. I made it clear I was not sure I wanted an attorney and I was seeking information. My first appointment I cancelled because I had a migraine due to injuries from my accident. My second appointment my father was in the hospital. This company hounded me. They repeatedly called me and left text messages. My father was discharged from the hospital on Hospice. I am his caregiver. I told them that. Attorneys were the last thing on my mind. This office tracked me down at my chiropractor's office and asked when my next appointment was! Apparently they have not heard of HIPPA! I am not their client. They have no right to track me down. I notified the office and told them it was inappropriate to do so. The response I received was "We work with chiropractors all the time". I refuse to work with a company who does not respect a patient's privacy.

I was in two accidents in two days and when i went to the doctor they gave me there card and i came over and the first thing i noticed was that they were very friendly and helpful when it came to getting all the info in line and checking in often to see how things were going and making sure i was happy with the way they were doing things. When driving on the dreaded 405 in horrific traffic, I was rear ended. Obviously, it was a shock, but at first I didn’t think much of it. When I took my e36 3-series BMW into the mechanic, they told me that a significant portion of the frame was bent!
