Met Ben for the first time on September 27 of 2017 in Kennewick Wa. He is my public defender for a theft charge in Kennewick. He post poned my hearing for October because we never had a chance to talk and get my side of the story. For the first time it seemed that this guy was really interested in defending me on my case. I hace heard really negative opinions about PD in which there paper is to screw there client and go to the next case. Well i was surprised that Ben actually gave me a feeling of confindence.
Never been really in truoble with the law but this guy seems that he puts all his experience and knowledge into his work. I know i am not paying a dime to him but if i needed to pay a lawyer to defend me Ben surely would be the one to call. Hopefully everything will come out and the truth will be heard with Ben Riley on my side.
