This review is specifically about Brian Davis, the high school gym teacher turned "lawyer". I contacted Brian in July about a tenant that hadn't paid rent. Brian said they could take care of the problem.
Fast forward to OCTOBER and Brian QUITS the case claiming their firm can't handle the situation and that there is excess drama with the tenants defense lawyer.
I contact the defense lawyer 5 days later, settle for a small sum (Brian wanted me to settle for 10K or go to trial -- I settled for less than 10% of that sum) and the case is settled with tenants out 2 weeks after. Needless to say -- I give Brian 5 Stars for drama and 0 stars for quitting-- 1 star for literally all the other times he opened his mouth. If you want a lawyer with a backbone SPRINT away from this firm. They don't have lawyers with backbones here-- or think it isn't worth the time to hire them.
Fast forward and they try to send me a bill -- literally I ask for what - they didn't do anything. He feebly muttered something about filing charges so I mailed a check for $200.
PS- If anyone would like to hear the conversations I was forced to endure with this guy PM me. I have all the recordings and you will eye roll listening to them. I think this firm underscores why lawyers are going out of business and people are just handling their own affairs these days.

I have had the opportunity to work with Leavy Schultz Davis on multiple occasions and each time they have continued to earn my business. I would recommend them to handle every need you have whether it be personal or business. First class company with amazing people!
Brian Doyle knows his stuff. He has assisted me in my transition from a sole owner to partnership. Whether it was strategic planning and advice, or the work he did in preparing, reviewing, and explaining our corporate documents, Brian took great care of us. Now he is helping my wife and me create an LLC and will soon handle a multiple partner buy-out. Brian is down-to-earth and a pleasure to work with. He and his firm are easy to recommend
