david quesnel failed to give my 15 year old son a( first degree assault victim )due process! He is corrupt! My son was almost killed on August 24 2017 the sheriff failed to call an ambulance and David quesnel failed to uphold Washington State law; David quesnel is not following his own office policy! I hope no other kids get assaulted in that town because the elected officials will not protect them! My son's attacker committed a felony and David quesnel is failing to uphold Washington state law!
