In June of 2016, I contacted the Chenoweth Law Group to explore my legal options in a business dispute. Right from the start of the first meeting, I was treated with complete hospitality and professionalism. The case lasted quite a while because the opposition used every legal tool to prolong it and make as big a mess as they could. I hired Brian Chenoweth and Matt Maline to help me with a matter, and I was not satisfied with their services, so I felt it was my right and duty to write a descriptive review. I think there are enough other negative reviews—specifically the ones on Yelp, which I did not see before I hired him—to give you a clear picture of what this firm is about. With my new experience, I think the question you have to ask yourself is: would you hire an attorney who is willing to threaten you for a negative review?

I was in a terrible situation with unscrupulous contractors who damaged my property and did unacceptable work that did not meet code. I only wish that the other side had not had access to free legal advice while I had to pay up front for all of mine. The system does not favor individuals who are fighting insurance companies.
