I can't speak highly enough about Craig Miller and his assistant Frances. To anyone who's reading this, in my own opinion, you can't find a more honest and hard working Law firm. When my case got denied Craig went to work and got me the settlement I deserved. I highly recommend this Law Firm. Very professional.

Fantastic people all around. Craig Miller helped me when I got denied and knocked it out of the park, getting me the settlement I needed. His assistant didn't lag behind either, giving me all updates as needed and answering any inquiries I had. Highly recommend for anyone that got screwed by an insurance company. If you're reading this Craig, thank you. If anyone I know needs help, i'm sending them to you!

Craig miller is a excellent attorney.he is very kind and honest and did a great job helping me on my case! i would have him anytime if needed.contact Craig if you want a great comp attorney!!
Craig was persistent, optimistic and realistic with my case. It took a long time to resolve but in the end I felt I received a just settlement. You have to be patient in the workers comp process. There can be long and infuriating delays. But Craig and his team are on top of the details and they can be trusted to work hard for you. Thank you!!

BEWARE- RESEARCH YOUR ATTORNEY Craig Miller will tell you everything you want (need) to hear when discussing what he’ll do for you; about being assertive representing you against the big insurance companies. He “has all the experience to get you what you deserve.” It’s a lie. Maybe not a lie but he sure isn’t using it. He takes advantage of you when you need honesty the most. After you sign the retainer agreement (contract agreement worded he receives the first 20k no matter how little or how much you’re awarded and then 10% on everything thereafter). After you sign Miller Law’s agreement for representation Craig conveniently “checks out.” He’s locked into that first 20k- doesn’t do a damn thing to fight for you goes through the motions for the easiest, fastest, settlement. When you don’t care the length it takes and KNOW your injuries are documented & REAL.Then your case conveniently “gets complicated” or all of a sudden he “feels there’s a grey area.” Craig will recommend you take the first (lowest) offer from the insurance company. (He doesn’t care gets his $20k and he’s onto the next injured worker). Zero communication what’s going on with your case unless you demand to talk to him in person. He is ALWAYS ON VACATION and cancels or postpones meetings and court appearances especially if it’s baseball season. His paralegal is spot on but unfortunately not the one with the law degree. When you change lawyers due to sub-par representation he slaps a lien on your settlement- no matter what he gets his 20k that way. Disgusting. The epitome of legal scam artist. How no one else has called him out on this is baffling. Please just do your research. Wish we had- even after his lien bs another attorney got us $60k more than Craig was willing to settle for. (I’ve waited to write this until we settled and dust cleared & I’d absolutely recommend our 2nd attorney who helped us but unfortunately he passed away last month). Do your research friends.

My case was a long shot. And we lost. But Craig was dedicated. He gave my case time and attention. He was honest with me about our chances, and kept me updated about that throughout. He was thorough in explaining what was going on, how to handle the "independent" medical examiner, etc. I appreciate his help very much.

Our claim was denied by the insurance company, and our medical support information was weak, but Craig still managed to get us an excellent settlement. He is outstanding, and we recommend him highly! I should add that Frances, his assistant, is also outstanding! Thank you, Craig, and Frances.

Craig was very upfront in the process working on my case. I was impressed with their process and how easy he was to talk to about the experience. He did a good job addressing every angle on the case and discussing what to expect. My claim was originally denied and he got a positive result from it for me.
Note: The process for these types of claims usually takes a while so I was out of touch with him for a while, which by his description was expected.

Craig is a fantastic attorney and we would recommend him to anyone with a worker's comp claim. From the moment we spoke on the phone to meeting him in his office, his professionalism and kind manner really stuck with us. Many attorneys get a bad reputation for being con artists or sleezy but you won't get that impression from Craig. He will be honest with you about your case (and may not even take it) but that's what we respected. Thru the entire process he walked us thru it all, let us know what to expect, what needed to be asked and what we needed to do. He fought hard for us and looked at every angle and we came out on top because of it. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a worker's comp attorney!

Craig Miller is honest, hardworking and an excellent attorney. I know first hand how skilled he is as a litigator as both a co-worker and adversary. Most importantly, he treats everyone he meets with respect and kindness. Anyone who gets injured in Oregon and has questions about their claim should call Craig.

I want to say thank you to Craig for helping me in my claims. Craig kept me informed throughout the process of my workers compensation claim and personal injury claim. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about me and my situation - when other attorneys did not. He kept the legal stuff to something I could understand. He really listened and obtained a better result than I thought I would get. I would definitely recommend him to others.
