Things started out great. Mark presented a very professional demeanor at the first meeting. All details seemed to be handled well. It changed at some point to a whole different level. He was late to my court appearance. I was placed first on the docket and he almost didn’t make it. Appeared just seconds before they called me. He stressed many times that I was to let him know immediately if I had a job change or address change. When I did I couldn’t get ahold of him. Yes he was out two weeks for the holidays, no problem. But when he returned to the office three days went by and I finally had to get a little pushy because 4 emails had been sent with no response from either he or Tracey. I am still trying to get answers and still not getting them. My agreement with the court is important to me and I intend to fulfill it to the best of my ability. But I shouldn’t have to do it alone if I paid for a lawyer. I’m afraid now that he’s been paid the good service is over. Disappointed.

Single mother of 3 tried to pay a balance owed in a low income apartment before eviction date and he told the property management company not to take my money. The reason i was behind is they never mentioned any fees 6 months prior when I got 1 payment of 580$ behind and they tried to evict me once current they wait till after Christmas to say I owe 700$ and I can pay whenever. I was 2 weeks late on rent and fees were still due and u get a notice after being told whenever i can ... just be careful when people make promises I didnt have the money for a lawyer and I still have the money to pay in full but no one will take it from me ? The lady in the office who I worked with who promised me that as long as I kept in contact with her I wouldnt be evicted I have sent about 15 emails this last week and not one person wants to reply ! I have all my monies to pay this and they refuse to reply. Being a low income apartment you would think they know I have no extra money and getting a 2nd job raises the amount of rent i have to pay. So it's a loose loose situation! I'll update this review as I have 4 days till I must be out and we will see if they are courteous enough to make a phone call or send an email KEY PEOPERTY MANAGEMENT OWNER has also been informed and emailed about this and he to would rather me and my 3 kids homeless because he wont return my call or email either ! I'm hoping this review will save some woman who's trying to better herself and raise her kids with little to no help on min. Wage but with an eviction I wont be able to rent anywhere and I can work 3 jobs but who going to watch my kids ? I refuse to be a welfare recipient but at this point I'm being forced in to a shelter. I dont have family who will let me stay with them ... thank you Mark A Carter for being so kind and caring for the kids of our future who will grow up in a shelter due to your laziness ! What taking my money and adding fees on top isnt worth the couple extra steps you could have taken. It says I can stay if I have a letter from the owner so we will see what happens.
