I would like to share an experience I recently had which without Mr. Bernstein’s help would have had a less then disirable outcome. I had been fishing the better part of the day and thought I had waited an ampile amount of time to be safe to drive home and wouldn’t you know I get pulled over and am arrested for dui. I felt I had waited a safe amount of time so I summitted to a field sobriety test, which took for ever. I had recently lost my hearing in my left ear and explained my balance was off due to my equilibrium still not back to normal however the officer asked me to try my best. I cooperated and was then arrested for dui. At this point I decided to no longer cooperate due to I felt like I wasn’t being treated fairly and asked for my lawyer. Within a few days of being released I employed Mr. Bernstein’s proffesssional help as I needed to retain my license in order to remain gamefully employed. Mr. Bernstein took care of my entering into diversion and then went to work at helping me keep my license since I had refused to submitt to a breathalyzer. Mr Bernstein went to court at the MDV hearing and won. I was so relieved. Although I had obviously made a bad decision, he kept it from totally devastating my life. I was able to keep working and I now have completed my diversion sucessfully and have learned from my mistake and can put it all behind me. I have Mr. Bernstein and his staff to thank for the professionalism and understanding I was given. I highly recommend Mr. Bernstein and his staff if you are ever in a similar situation.
