Waist of time..
I had to retrieve my own medical records from all the Dr.s I seen from last 10 years. I had to pay for them and have them sent to this Attorney office....
They did nothing for me but waist my time and gas and money...
I know now what to look for in an attorney, INTEGRITY....
John Coletti has none...

This law firm us a total joke. Not only was I left alone and slipped and fell in the shower in the hospital, they also failed to diagnose cancer or even notify me of the large tumor growing in my abdomen which caused a 7 month delay in my diagnosis and now I will likely die. It's a perfect multi-million dollar case. These jerks don't care. It makes no sense at all. Their website says one thing, they do another. Makes me wonder if they ever take cases at all.

Honestly, you should only call if someone died or became disabled, otherwise you won't get to the lawyer (just a receptionist that is very polite and will let you down gently). They will only hear your case, if it sounds like they will make BIG money. If your case does not sound immediately like BIG money, you will get a referral and dismissive attitude from the referred attorney for the same reason.
EDIT: And they still will not call you back or even see why you left a message, even when you leave a negative review. I will give this complement; they are definitely lawyers.

Paulson Coletti is a great firm to deal with on personal injury cases. Depth of knowledge; patience; perseverance are some of the adjectives that describe the firm. The teamwork among everybody in the firm is top-notch, and lead to favorable decisions for their clients. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone seeking help in receiving a fair settlement for their injuries sustained in an unfortunate situation.

Called this law firm, on a list of others, due to staples being left inside my foot from a surgery 18 and 13 months ago, received email they could Not take my case, Lol ok, I'm at risk of infection with metal in my foot, which leads to full amputation of my foot/leg. Well emailed and called Several other lawyers, they say I do have a case, and Several want to represent Me after actually hearing the Whole story of what led up to the surgery in March 2018!! Y'all loss!!

John and his team (Lisa in particular) made a cumbersome and complicated process as simple and painless as possible. I hope we never have to experience again the circumstances that lead us to them, but if we end up going down this road again Paulson/ Coletti will be the first phone call we make.
