After running into some legal trouble a while back I was a bit worried that there would be some later consequences I might face, but after meeting and talking with Mr. Fisher I was calm and confident that he could get me the best possible outcome.
Mr. Fisher demonstrated his hard work, honesty and 100% dependability when he represented me. Thouroughly going through my case with me and making sure I understood what my options were is something that made my experience with him great. He was not hesitant to repeat himself or answer my questions (sometimes due to my lack of speaking English) assuring me that he was truly taking care of my case.
My case had me very worried for certain reasons, but after a few visits with Mr. Fisher I was relieved of all worries and even happier with the end result of my case. I highly recommend him. He is very good at what he does.
Graham stayed in constant contact with me over the many months it took for a resolution in my son’s case. He is extremely knowledgeable and navigated my son’s case strategically and brilliantly. He even found quality resources to help my son and knew how to get the State to pay for them. In the end, I feel 100% satisfied with Graham and the work he did for the money I paid. In fact, he has gone above and beyond.
My son ended up getting a five-year probation sentence (unheard of with the charges against him) instead of any jail/prison time. There is nothing negative whatsoever I have to say about Graham Fisher. I highly recommend Graham; he really is the best!!
Graham is a very good listener, compassionate, intelligent and well prepared. He didnt make me feel like a number or that he was just out to make a dollar from me, but that he actually cared about the results, my life.
After all was said and done, he was able to get several charges dropped and instead of going to prison, I spent many hours working with the community. I like to think the entire experience made me more aware and a better person.
Years have passed. Recently Graham reached out because the charge that stuck was up for expungement. He was on it and I now no longer have that charge hanging over my future. Thank you Graham.
Graham's cool demeanor and quiet confidence relieved a lot of my anxiety, I always felt like I was in the hands of someone that both cared about defeating my case and me as a person. If all the lawyer jokes are true, this makes Graham an extremely rare breed.
I had to leave my job because of the accusations made against me and Graham took this into consideration when we negotiated a very fair price for our contract. I never felt like I was overspending and his services were worth every single penny.
Graham helped me set up a clear plan of how to combat what was going on, and made sure law enforcement dealt with him, not me.
Graham gave good advice for how to personally navigate the issues that were potentially life ruining for me and even though some of it was hard to take, I followed his every order because I trusted him. I am glad I did.
If I had a single critique of Graham it would be that sometimes it can take him awhile (a couple of days) to get back to you. In the hysteria of such severe accusations it can be hard to not want to cling to your lawyer's leg all day long. However, I chalk this up to Graham being a busy man with many other cases going on and only so much time in the day. He definitely still always made me feel like my case was a priority when we were speaking.
I recommend hiring Graham Fisher. You'll be in good hands.
I found Graham to be an excellent listener and clear in his explanations of complex legal issues. His warmth and compassion were evident throughout the nine months that we worked with him.
Graham Fisher is the best! It is an honor to know him and to work with him.
More than anything Graham understood the major personal ramifications despite my charges being fairly minor. Graham negotiated an excellent deal for me and when one piece made it impossible for me to accept Graham offered to do whatever it took. I was confident that if I had to go a trial Graham would have won my case. Graham went back and got me an even better deal than the original offer. It was amazing and I'm (almost) wishing I could have let him take it to trial. He pulled off what felt like a bit of a miracle. Thanks to Graham my record is now completely clear and I am able to resume my life.
The case was a difficult one that required considerable skill and patience on the part of the attorney. The goal was to avoid a prison term, which was being strenuously pushed by the prosecutor. Because of Graham’s persistence, creativity, and networking skill, my son was given a probationary sentence in lieu of prison.
Graham was creative in arranging my son’s defense and adjusting the defense strategy when needed. I was particularly impressed with how Graham reshaped his strategy and arguments, in response to the prosecutor’s continued insistence on a prison sentence, to eventually persuade the court and the prosecutor to accept probation.
Graham makes productive use of partnerships with external parties to bolster his case. Included in those partnerships were a private investigator, a psychiatrist and a representative of the VA, all of whom he leveraged effectively to influence the court and the prosecutor.
I found Graham to have a firm grasp of the law pertaining to my son’s case while also possessing the ability to explain my son’s situation in terms that I could understand. All of my questions were thoroughly and simply addressed.
