I can't stress enough what a great experience working with Ms. Krane is. She listens intently, explains things fully, is clearly highly knowledgeable, and really goes to bat for you. My daughter received divorce papers with very little time and zero knowledge on how to prepare a case. We contacted an attorney and retained them but, with only two weeks left before the initial hearing, they backed out and my daughter was left in the wind.

I contacted Robin's office that day after reading some of her reviews. Typically, when contacting attorneys, I would only be able to speak to office staff. But in this occasion, and purely by luck, I got Robin. Immediately, it was clear that she really cared about the issues my daughter was facing. She said, "I already have a lot of cases to work on and my husband is going to kill me but I'm taking your case." I knew then my daughter needed her and, though she told me that had her office staff had answered, she may have not been able to, she took us on that night.

Robin is very evidently a consummate specialist in this area of law. She understands the laws, knows the systems, and is intimately aware of the needs of clients but even more impressive is her knowledge of the judicial system in that region and even to the point of knowing how a judge might respond because of past experience. Experience that is of a value that cannot be justified by any costs. She is incredibly tenacious as well. She set my daughter straight and was prepared to lose her as a client if she wasn't able to conform to Robin's expectations. And, though this may sound like a difficult person to deal with, she is anything but available, contactable, and ever present in her handling of my daughters case.

It is without doubt that my daughter's alignment with Robin brought the other side to the table and got her everything she was asking for and more. We know this is because of the imposing presence she brings to the courtroom and the obvious fire-breathing-mother-dragon mentality she embraces to do her job. I don't believe we would have seen this outcome without her. I am grateful to my heart for her support and strongly recommend her to any mother/wife/daughter who needs representation in family court.

I would recommend Robin to anyone who has questions or is having a hard time navigating the child custody system. She was very direct, to the point and didn't waste my time. I scheduled a free consultation and all of my questions were answered. I had no idea if I even had a leg to stand on, and it's nice to know that I won't be wasting my time/ her time or money. Firstly let me say that Robin is a godsend! She is an amazing and caring attorney who listens to her clients and does all she can to ensure she represents them as fully as possible. Robin came into my case late, and my divorce was a tangled mess and a very difficult one. She took the stress off my shoulders once she took over. She helped me get a fair settlement and continues to help me with actions involving my children. I don’t know what I would have done without Robin and regularly tell people about her. If your looking for someone to fight in your corner, Robin is someone you want on your side.

Holy smokes! I'm pretty sure this lady hates men. I basically got yelled at for twenty minutes for wanting to restore my 50/50 child custody status (currently 60/40). She said I should NEVER get my days back because a child shouldn't grow up in two homes. She was super rude. Said I had no good reason for wanting to raise my kid equally and eventually told me to leave after I accused her of being unprofessional and inserting her own ideological views on to the discussion. She denied that, and said "What's with you kids these days thinking you can just push a kid around between homes." I'm a 33 year old man who wants to raise his daughter. I don't know what this lady's problem is.

I can’t recommend Ms. Krane enough, she’s been wonderful! She fights hard for her clients and is incredibly quick to respond despite how busy she must be. I also appreciate her honesty and straightforwardness. She knows her stuff!

I called this office to get a consultation for my upcoming case. The lady that answered the phone told me to be quiet multiple times and was extremely rude and snappy with me. And ended saying that she could not help me. I understand that they didn't have openings. But the way that this lady talked to me was so demeaning and rude that I am baffled. The customer service here is absolutely awful and I would advise that Robin talk to the lady that is answering her phone and let her know that she needs to talk to people in a more professional matter. As I was saying have a good day she hung up on me without saying anything. I never leave Google reviews. But this phone call baffled me. I do not know about this the attorney but I would assume if the customer service is this awful that the attorney isn't so great.

I hired Ms. Krane to prepare some documents for me and there was no issue, She was very professional as well as her office staff. We discussed what was needed and why and she explained what she could be do for me. I was very happy with the services I received from Ms. Krane and her office staff.

I went in there just now for a consultation I literally got six words in , she was extremely short tempered, came at me very rude . She would not let me talk then turned around and said I was being loud and I didn’t even get to say a word ?! then Ironically she asked me why am there ! she doesn’t know why am there because she wouldn’t let me talk then she started swearing with a very inappropriate loud voice when I could be a client ! that’s when I got up and looked at her and laughed and said wow! I would never hire you! Not sure what her deal is but I was ready to pay $3500 retainer if I had a case I didn’t even get a chance to speak then she starts arguing with me I was just completely taken back and couldn’t do anything but laugh I could not believe the way she was treating me and acting I will never hire this woman and I will definitely tell people to stay away from her extremely unprofessional .

Was trying to set up a consultation the secretary was very rude when I was trying to explain what was going on she interrrupted me and said it’s a yes or no. So in return I got rude back she was belittling me talking to me like I was an ignorant child. I told her I would try and find someone else because she was rude and unhelpful and then began to speak over me saying she wasn’t be rude and I hung up. Do not recommend if the secretary is this rude I could only imagine how poor the service would be.

I went in for my consultation, waited patiently for over 15 mins. I feel if she was in your favor, she would be an excellent choice. However, I got a huge impression, she was not in my favor, and she let me know. I, of course, didn't come 100% prepared, but brought what I did have. We were very much ready to pay for her services, but after being treated not so kindly (I am also 5 weeks pregnant) we felt the best choice for me, was to seek other representation. Again, if the odds are already in your favor, go for this attorney, if they are not, I would save your sanity and emotional well being by moving on to the next.

Robin is wonderful. She basically rescued our case (to modify a parenting plan) on very short notice after another firm had delayed so long and made so many mistakes that we were in a pretty bad legal position. She is very responsive and available by email or phone if needed and does things when she says she will. We also appreciate that she doesn't tell us what she thinks we want to hear, but is really straightforward and honest, saving us time and money. She is not a nice person first off. I made an appointment for a consultation the previous week. When I arrived I waited maybe 5 minutes.Not a problem. Receptionist was extremely kind.
When she (Robin Krane) called me back she told me to take a seat and proceeded to say "You've got 15 minutes". She was in such a hurry to leave that she barely listened to a word I had to say and was horribly rude in her delivery of what she would talk to me about. I wasn't looking for candy coating, but I was not expecting such a rude person. I think I got 8 of my whole 15 minutes she promised me. When I went to ask another question, she all but pushed me out the door. I would NOT recommend this person to anyone. The lawyer I had previously was kind and listened. Apparently when you call for a "free" consulation, you get what you pay for.
