My case was clear cut so no issue with fault. Jon is extremely arrogant and egotistical. I had to do all of the leg work to get the total value for my property loss and had to argue my case to Jon on multiple occasions because he didn't read or understand my insurance policy? I sent Jon bills that I received for medical services which were supposed to be included in the total for medical reimbursement which he was to verify. After I agreed to settlement and checks were cut I met with Jon which I specifically asked again about any outstanding bills which he said all were included in the settlement. I got home and in the mail was a bill which I called Jon and he said he would call the insurance company who told him they never said these bills were included! Jon never got this in writing which is the first rule of law!! Jon is just looking for the quick buck and will argue with you more then for you. Now that he has his money he will not be responsible for his mistake and I have to pay thousands after the fact. This is not the person you want to represent you. Not mad just the ugly truth. Better lawyers out there.

I've had a vision, dream, heart's desire for almost 40 years to have an equine business where young people could come experience having their own horse, learn to ride and how to care for a horse in exchange for helping out around the stables. The vision is to have a place (a ranch) where we can offer riding therapy, riding lessons, horse camps and clinics to at risk youth and anyone wanting a horse experience in their life. We will also offer riding lessons and weekend respite/refresh outings for high functioning autistic children and their families. I have been able to do this on a small scale with our horses for my daughter's friends since Sarah got her first horse Heart's Desire at the age of 12. That was 26 years ago :-) We have an 11 year old surrogate granddaughter that was diagnosed at age 3 with high functioning autism. Gracie has been around the horses since she was 6 months old and hanging with the horses is one place she experiences peace. I have spent the last year and a half researching and working on ways we could buy an equine boarding/training facility with enough acreage to accomplish our goals. Before my surgery, I met with SBA multiple times. They had agreed to help me bring my vision to fruition by funding the purchase of an actively operating boarding business. This has had some challenges because most of the places for sale had shut down their boarding business and just put their "home" on the market. SBA's requirement from me at that time was 5% of the purchase price. Since I first met with them in March of 2017, we have added to our equine business experience by managing a boarding facility. Because of this settlement, I now have that 5% requirement!!! God has given me a HUGE blessing! This would never have happened without you Jon! I was in a cycling accident a little while back. Guy opened his door on me as I was riding by full speed. When I was seriously injured in a pedestrian vs. automobile accident I didnt know what to do. The medical bills were going to be stacking up, which I couldn't afford, and I did nothing wrong.
