If I could give a lower review I would. I just wanted to know if the case I am dealing with would be something this law office would/could be handling. When the person (man) on the other end of the phone cut me off and said, "We do not answer questions over the phone" I became a little upset as would anyone who had just been cut off.
To further the situation when I said I just wanted to know if it was something they would handle he got short with me and said well then what is your question? When I said he would have asked what my question was before saying he couldn't answer it he then said goodbye and hung up.

If I am calling you to pay you hundreds of $$$$, I feel like I would be able to ask before driving 8 hours to you if it is a case you can handle.

To say the least this firm, or rather the people they have answering the phones is unprofessional, rude, and not anyone you want to be dealing with when your child is in a legal situation.

Nick is a great lawyer! I went to him when I needed help with my divorce. My case hasn't been an easy one but Nick jumped in with ease! After being alienated from my kids he was able to finally get me seeing them. He's been very reasonable with money as well. He's always come in with an attitude of wanting to help me get my kids instead of when is my next paycheck. I think he's a great attorney! Very upfront about what will work and what won't.
