Cause the one we were against just didnt care about anyone except for themselves, their own pocketbook.
You ever need a attorney that just straight up will advocate for you. Ernest is who you should reach out to. Thank you for all your hard work for me. Thank you. Blessings.
I cant say enough about how easy going he and his staff are to work with...especially this last time.
I highly recommend them and your likely to leave there smiling at the very least!
That’s what Ernest is. A very experienced attorney.
I was rear ended in a hit and run while stopped at a red light, and to top it off I was driving for work. My car was destroyed, I was hurt, and then I was laid off in my employers attempt to avoid paying workers compensation. I was not allowed or able to seek other work. My wife was pregnant with our son and we were thrown headlong into a dangerously desperate situation. It seemed we had done our best to prepare for raising a family and we were done before we even started.
Then my only stroke of luck in this story. I googled attorneys. First one that came up was Mr. Jenks. I called and within five minutes of speaking to these people I knew there was some hope for us. I mean from the second they answer the phone you are talking to somebody who knows a heck of a lot about the law. No run around talking to low level employees. They are all top notch.
In the end Ernest got me every penny I was owed. I got my job back and I knew people weren’t going to harass me at work for being unfortunate. He stuck it to my worthless/lawless/scam artist car insurance company and forced them to pay his fees separately from my money when they mishandled my case. That’s why experience matters. Another attorney may not have noticed when they slipped.
Ernest does, and he goes after it like a raging bull.
