They really need to take a step back and look at their staffing. Not going to lie to you, they have some of the most condescending case workers in Nova Scotia. These Men/Women will look down at those in need of assistance, both speaking from a personal experience and seeing it firsthand happen to a family member. Unless you are willing to have to fight for help, it's not worth dealing with them.

We had a dispute with our landlord. They said they had a really good case, but a couple of months later, they made us sign this stupid agreement basically letting him win. They failed us in every way, we wasted so much time with them. We paid nothing for this service, but received considerably less than what we paid for.
