Arrogant, condescending & rude. No knowledge on conversational etiquette with an 86 year old gentleman. Very unprofessional with OUR specific situation.

I was trying to explain to my father what "execute POA" ment to help him find out what my deceased brother did as the POA your office allowed in the first place, without investigation into JEFF's prior bankruptcy (twice) and felony criminal history
