I had seen the ad on television and gave Joe Bornstein a call. They were very prompt in getting right back to me. I think the firm is very professional, and they really listen to you and sympathize. They also went the extra mile for me.

I went to Joe Bornstein because I got hurt in a car accident. This guy ran a red light and it caused injury to my right leg. It wasn't working right. I couldn't wiggle my toes on my right foot. But I'm an old military guy, so I started weightlifting and working on it myself. But I had to get a doctor involved because of the pain. Joe Bornstein's office also helped me get a fair amount for my truck, which was totaled. The insurance company only wanted to offer me $2000 but they got me $6,500 for it which made me very happy.

They met me at the hospital. I never went to the office. Everything was explained to me clearly and thoroughly. I also felt very comfortable all the time with all the representatives. They were very professional and provided outstanding service. I talked to Joe himself several times and he is a very outstanding person and very professional. Also very pleasant.
