What is one of the worst things you can imagine doing if you heard you were accused of a CSC case and you knew you were innocent? Hearing 25 years to life in itself is absolutely terrifying..now add on finding an honest lawyer that will fight for you and your innocence without hesitation. This is not an easy task, especially when you don't have a ton of money to hand over to a law firm. We found Patrick and Robyn by reading their stellar reviews on Google. It's always a gamble, but he seemed like the way to go. We are down state and needed a lawyer in the local area up state to represent my fiance. We needed someone quickly. We made the appointment with them and came into their office absolutely panicked. He went through the process with us until we fully understood all of the possible outcomes and all of our options. We left his office confident but still knowing it could be a long process. Throughout our lengthy case, Patrick was able to find so many holes in the prosecutions arguments that they had no chance of winning. The police station that initially interviewed my fiance did not do their job properly. They wound up with a confession that was never meant to be a confession. I had a 4 yr prison max felony drug charge. Patrick not only got it down to a 1yr misdemeanor charge but got the thing deferred!! I sat no jail time at all and didn't even lose my drivers license. The charge will be removed from my record as soon as my 1 yr probation is over...of course there are hoops to jump thru.. urine tests, aa and court costs, but I am 100% satisfied with the results.. I wouldn't recommend Patrick to my worst enemy. I researched lawyers carefully in TC before choosing Patrick to handle our bankruptcy. It turned out I wasn't careful enough. He was nice at first, but then started pushing us to do a chapter 13 although our income was low enough for a 7. When we tried to discuss why he was so set on a 13 he became confrontational and rude. He told "as the most experienced bankruptcy lawyer in town I can guarantee you'll never get a chapter 7". We went with another local law firm that was very professional, supportive, and had our chapter 7 completed without a hitch in 6 months. And the $300 we had to give Patrick for less than an hour of his unpleasant company? Never saw a penny of it back.

I contacted Patrick's office when my son got arrested for shoplifting less than a month before he was scheduled to leave for military boot camp. We met with him and explained that the best outcome for us was for the case to be wrapped up in time for him to depart on schedule, but the judgement could not involve the military. He ended up getting the case dismissed, but my son was still dropped from the military because the dismissal DID involve the military. However, my son can still enlist after a 90 day wait (the recruiters lied to us- imagine that!). Long story short, the outcome was favorable for us and the cost was exactly what he quoted. All things considered, this case was handled quickly and efficiently and the outcome was just fine.

I searched for a lawyer in the area where I was in trouble and found Fragel. I was able to immediately get in contact with him. He treated my case like it was an emergency that needed immediate attention. I of course thought this is how all lawyers act until they get your money, but was over the top pleased to find out that he is simply a great attorney!!! He dug deep and found a way to get me my life back. And if anyone reading this has been in a situation like mine than you will understand how very important it is to get this kind of Defense. My only advise if you do decide to use him, is to sit back and listen to what he and his assistant Robyn have to say. Let them do there job and I bet you will come out with the best scenario you can get. I hope that I'll never need him again. But I did learn over the years that there is a difference between average and above average. It was stupid to put myself in another bad situation but I'm obviously very happy I got lucky with an above average lawyer!!!!!!!!!!!!
