She is a terrible excuse of an ‘attorney’. Misleads judges. Turned a failed TRO into a family court case that didn’t even involve the defendant. One sided, and close minded. Look at how many terrible reviews she has. Buyer beware

Compassionate Attorney who cares about her clients. I am guessing the negative comments are from people who didn't get their way in Court or broke the law. Of course that's a Judges decision not the Attorney's.

Very unprofessional. My first few attempts to contact her ended with messages to her secretary. She never called me back, so I’m guessing she ignored them. When I finally met her in court she apologized she never called me back then said she would contact me once she received the discovery sheet. Fast forward to my court date and I have not heard from her. She asked the judge to delay my case because I didn’t contact her(she literally told me to stop calling her until she got the discovery).....The next court date which was today she ask for another delay because she said I didn’t give her any requested information again. Her defense was that she wouldn’t have called but sent a letter requesting the exact things she needed. The only damn letter I got was notifying me of my court date. She has time to send me a generic letter 5 days before my court date but can’t send me a letter WEEKS in advance telling me detailed instructions about what is needed to defend me? I can’t keep going to court to just to have no progress.

I called her because us I was upset, asked her if she truly believed in me and if she did I would be more than happy to look past this miscommunication. She said I should look for a different lawyer. If you are in need of a serious lawyer please seek someone else. If you’re looking for a professional to put the blame on you for not having the information they didn’t ask for, look no further. I honestly have no idea how she is still a lawyer. All she ever does is fight for bargains instead of fighting for her clients. This is why I hate lawyers.

P.S. the only 5 star reviews on here are of people named Ross O.(probably the same person) and maybe one simple case where it had no significance on someone’s life.

This lady was assigned by a Brown County Court Judge to represent me under the Indian Child Welfare Act. She was well aware of the lies told about me by Brown County CPS. She knew they lied and said that I didn't have a job, that I was homeless, and I didn't participate in therapy. All which I could prove to be false. I had W2 and pay check stubs, I had a lease for a home in my name, and I had therapists who adored me and wrote statements saying I attended all required therapy. Debra refused to address any of these issues on my behalf. She beat around the bush and avoided the issues at hand.

A few weeks ago I saw this woman and guess who she was with? County judges and members of the Corporation Counsel. Now it all makes sense.

I will never forgive this woman for her terrible representation of me, I will make it known what a sham she is and how corrupt this county really is. I will not stop until my voice is heard. Do not hire this woman unless you too have some dirty connections in this city. Do not try and tell her or show her the truth because it does not matter. She is assisting Brown County CPS in destroying families and the lives of small children.

Do not hire her.

I find that the way you talked to my husband for the first time leads me to believe that you should not be a guardian of litem...you have never sat down and talked to him to see the passion and love for his daughter.. You already made up your mind that your going to side with the other. Your just like the last one goes off of what the mother says.... So sad that women are against the fathers being a father that wants nothing more than to see his child.. Yep all about the money...

Atty. Mankoske has been and is still doing a fantastic job for me. She's easy to get a hold of and responds quickly. She's been very good at overlooking irrelevant details putting focus on what matters. Beware of the credabilty of anonymous reviews.
