When I called he answered right away even on his way to another court hearing. He assured me that he would take care of everything and he did. Way above our expectations. He gave me a fair price. Brad claimed to have a couple good deals potentially worked out with Winnebago county before a judge made a ruling on a bad neighbor mixed up incident. Judge and DA proceeded to let me have it. Wasn’t a very good experience for me. I really put attorneys in same class as used car salesmen. They’ll tell you anything just to make you believe them. But then you find out a lot differently through your experience. I’d look around before giving him your money.
