This attorneys office quickly became a bad referral by a legal service. I'm going to have to tell them to take this business card out of their rolodex. A bit snarky and unprofessional.

To say this team is anything less then amazing would be slander.

I have met attorneys who were attorneys in name only, and that was that. Joe Recka is an attorney in life and in person; everything about him communicates who he is. Most important, he knows what he is doing and why he is doing what he is doing.
My acquaintance with him was through a good friend of mine that had a serious legal matter. During the handling of the matter, Joe's mannerism and methodology were impeccable. His focus on the legal matter was frozen in and he persisted that we do that same.
After the matter was closed, I stated to my friend that if Joe had not been the attorney handling the case, the out come would have been totally negative and ruinous. My friend and i could not have been more pleased and thankful for what he accomplished.

Snarky and unprofessional. Worked through my entire Will just to have them say it's too complicated for their liking. Highly do not recommend; had to give one star because I could post with a 0.

Awful experience they waited to the last minute to drop the case and then would not even explain and did not communicate we did most the work!!!

This people would ONLY take your money, DO NOT HIRE THE RECKA & ASSOCIATES....I had a case with this people and as soon as they got the money they threw my case to the trash with out resolving it all the way. There last words from them were oooh Joe don't want this case no more.... Now they left me with some bill that they dint take care of, now i got to deal with Collection.....

Mr Recka and staff did a great job during my divorce. He commands respect and professionalism, and as long as you don't break that rule you will get along with him just fine.

I found Joe to be matter-of-fact, to-the-point and a get-it-done kind of man. And that's exactly what I needed during a difficult divorce process, already raging with emotions. Each visit he reminded me why I was there, using the same sentence every time, helped me stay focused on what I wanted in the end. They never call me back when I leave voicemails, they give me false information... It's a mess. I'm doing most of the work myself. And the amount of spelling errors in the letters they send to me is unreal.

Terrible He was easily intimidated by my exs attorney. Plus I don't think he's playing with a full deck!

I think I could have had a squirrel represent me in my divorce and had a better outcome.
