After reading all the other reviews there’s nothing I can really add. But I’ll try. Attorney Murphy was kind, sympathetic, and understanding. Not to mention very, very reasonably priced and if you’re going thru a bankruptcy that is probably your number 1 concern. I highly recommend him to anyone that is going thru impossible financial times.

My husband and I had to file bankcruptcy but had no idea of how to do it. I recieved several quotes for highly unfair prices and then found William Murphy .Not only was he affordable, but empathetic to our situation. He was highly professional and flat out straight honest and real with us not only about the process, costs and moving forward after filing and the discharge. I emailed him numerous times and he responded every time in a timely manner either by email or phone always the same day. Most people assume lawyers are sharks and out to get your money and bill, bill, bill for services. Bill is completely the opposite. He charges a flat fee and made the whole process less stressful and easy. I would highly reccommend him to anyone who is even considering the possibility of filing bankcruptcy .While we do not ever plan on filing again.
